Signing up for this program is a very simple 3 step process.
- Read the attached lease.
Print out the lease. Fill in the company name,
address etc. Also fill in the price. If you

us. Sign and date the lease.
- Print out the Specifications sheet, and fill in all
12 items. Sign and date the specifications sheet.
- Fax the lease and the specifications sheet to
1-519-759-1664
We will get back to you within 48 hours or sooner.
We will fax or e-mail you an Information Sheet outlining all
of your passwords and where to find instructions, as well as
telephone support numbers.
